  • The prime role of the Head of the Department is to provide strong academic leadership.
  • The Head of Department is required to lead, manage and develop the department to ensure the highest possible standards in all its activities.
  • Maintain the general discipline of the students and staff of the Department.
  • To oversee the smooth functioning of the department and ensure an academic ambiance.
  • To manage and motivate all departmental staff, enabling students to receive quality education in a positive, encouraging environment.
  • To ensure curriculum development remains up to date with relevant changes and encourages effective learning with practical skill development.
