Roles & Responsibility of Grievance Appeal Committee

Student Grievances & Appeal Policy

The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by the student, staff, and parents. It is also empowered to address genuine problems and complaints of students and the staff.

Objectives of Grievance Appeal Committee

  • To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
  • Encouraging the students to express their grievances or problems freely, without any fear of being victimized.
  • Installation of suggestion/complaint box at the reception where students or staff who want to remain anonymous may drop their grievances and suggestions for improvement of academics/administration.
  • Advising all staff and students to be affectionate with each other and not to behave in a vindictive manner for any reason.
