  • The institution has the responsibility to sensitize students and employees regarding sexual harassment issues by organizing workshops and seminars.
  • Dissemination of the policies against sexual harassment.
  • Conducting orientation programs for Internal Complaints Committee members.
  • Publishing names and contact details of ICC members for easy access by employees and students.
  • Inviting legal practitioners/NGOs for awareness and sensitization sessions on sexual harassment.
  • Receiving Complaints: ICC receives complaints related to harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
  • Confidentiality: Ensuring privacy and protection of complainants, respondents, and witness information.
  • Initial Assessment: Conducting preliminary assessment to verify credibility and ICC jurisdiction.
  • Investigation: Gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing documents when needed.
  • Support for Complainants: Providing guidance, resources, and support throughout the process.
  • Support for Respondents: Ensuring transparency, fair hearing, and rights protection.
  • Conflict Resolution: Offering mediation when agreed by both parties.
  • Recommendations & Remedies: Suggesting disciplinary actions, corrective measures, and support for complainants.
  • Preventive Measures: Conducting awareness programs to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
